ARBITRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Being involved in a dispute is one of the impacts that may occur in carrying out a business activity and personal affairs. Indonesian law provides multiple methods of dispute resolution to ensure maximum effectiveness and welfare which are divided into two categories based on the method of dispute resolution carried out. If the dispute carried out within the court, then it shall be referred to as litigation, and if the dispute carried out outside of the court it is divided into two subcategories, namely arbitration and alternative dispute resolutions. Dispute resolution will resolve a dispute between two parties and result in a decision that is based on concrete legal facts (Rechtsvinding).
