Bankruptcy
Bankruptcy is an area of law that deals with the legal process of individuals or companies who are unable to pay their debts. There are several types of bankruptcy proceedings available in Indonesia, each with its own set of rules and procedures i.e. Suspension of Debt Repayment Obligations (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang - PKPU) and Bankruptcy (Kepailitan).
