Industrial relation is a system of relationships between actors in the process of producing goods and/or services that consist of entrepreneurs, workers/laborers and the Government. Industrial relation can be seen in the forms of trade unions, employers organizations, company regulations, labor agreements, and industrial relations dispute resolution institutions.
